Hi
Welcome to Joey's website!
Chapter 1
-
Where did I struggle? I struggled in analyze data distribution of histogram and identifying percentage in trimmed mean.
-
What questions do I still have?
-
What am I going to do to strengthen my understanding? I should read more in textbook and understand examples given in the book.
Two key things you learned from this unit. (What are your understandings? What are you taking away from this? What real world applications have you seen? What links to other subjects did you see?)
-
I learned more about various types of data display, such as histogram, pie chart, and bar chart. I know which data display suits to which data set.
-
Another main thing I learned about is whether or not a certain information can be proved true.

In this activity, we were testing if the result of the estimated difference, absolute difference, and square difference. Later, we found out that the sum of squared difference was the best indicator of accuracy. The squared difference gives you an idea of how far off of zero your estimates were, it sort of exaggerate the differences.
